Who We Are

VIXA ("VIXA," "we," "us," or "our") is a dating clarity application built and operated by VIXA LLC, a Florida-based company. Our website is located at vixaapp.ai and our mobile application is available on iOS.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Account information: When you create an account, we collect your first name and email address.
  • Conversation content: When you upload screenshots or paste message text for analysis, we receive and process that content temporarily. We do not permanently store the content of your conversations unless you explicitly save an analysis to your Vault.
  • Vault data: If you choose to save analyses, that data is stored encrypted in your personal Vault.
  • Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or Apple Pay). We do not store your full credit card details.
  • Feedback and communications: If you contact us or complete feedback forms, we retain those communications.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device type, operating system, and app version
  • IP address and approximate location (city or region level)
  • Usage data such as features accessed, session duration, and in-app behavior
  • Crash reports and performance diagnostics

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the VIXA app and its features
  • Process and analyze the conversations you submit for clarity insights
  • Send you service-related communications, such as account updates or security alerts
  • Send you marketing emails if you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • Administer referral programs and reward delivery
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of our platform
  • Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not allow advertisers to target you based on your VIXA data. Your conversations are never used to train AI models without your explicit, separate consent.

Conversation Data & Your Privacy

We understand you are sharing intimate, private information when you submit conversations for analysis. We take this seriously.

  • Encryption: All uploaded content is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • No human review: No VIXA employee or contractor reads your uploaded conversations.
  • Automatic deletion: Conversation data submitted for analysis is deleted within 30 days unless you explicitly save it to your Vault.
  • Vault data: Data you save to your Vault remains stored until you delete it. You can delete individual analyses or your entire Vault at any time.
  • Account deletion: If you delete your account, all associated data — including your Vault — is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We work with trusted vendors who help us operate VIXA (such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and email delivery). These vendors are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.
  • Referral programs: If you participate in a referral program (such as Viral Loops), limited data (name and email) may be shared with that provider to track and deliver rewards.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VIXA, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: If VIXA is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before any such transfer.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, understand how our site is used, and serve relevant information.

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled.

VIXA is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as long as necessary to provide you services. Specific retention periods:

  • Conversation submissions: Deleted within 30 days of submission, unless saved to Vault.
  • Vault data: Retained until you delete it or delete your account.
  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Financial records: Retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years).
  • Communication logs: Retained for up to 3 years for legal and customer support purposes.

Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at our contact form.

VIXA is operated from the United States. If you are accessing VIXA from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any data transfers, in accordance with applicable data protection law.
